1. Legal principles
The Limited Liability Company “Audit firm “Slog-Audit” works since 6th of March, 1996, it has 2 departments: the head-office in Kaliningrad and the branch-office in Orenburg.
The company is the member of SRO Non-commercial partnership “Audit Chamber of Russia” since 2003.
We are the regional representatives of the “Commonwealth” Association of Auditors, actively do our business for the development of the profession and its social recognition.
The audit liability is ensured for 25,1 million of roubles.
The registered company’s trademark is stoat – the symbol of fair business.
2. Information about services
The main business activities of the company are audit and audit-related services, including: the audit of financial statement, prepared in accordance with national standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); consulting services about financial, management and tax accounting, also of budget organizations; holding of consulting seminars, as well as corporative and travelling – in cooperation with touristic firms for organization of travelling seminars.
Agreed-upon procedures are carried out as for different items of financial information or one of the elements of financial (accounting) report. These procedures are agreed between the auditor, the person who concludes the contract of audit-related services rendering, and the third person. This very form of contract is used in the project, on which the Limited Liability Company “Audit firm “Slog-Audit” pretends as the Performer.
3. Our Clients
The geography of our clients spreads all over the Russia. Our clients are: oil and gas companies, machinery manufacturers, companies of housing and public utilities, enterprises of consumer goods and food industry, building companies, non-commercial organizations and budget institutions, as well as public and self-regulatory organizations.
4. Social recognition
The company is the winner of the regional competition “The Best enterprise of the year” in the nomination “The Best enterprise in its field”. We are trusted to be the Auditor of such firms, parent companies of which were subject to the audit by the companies of the Big Four: KPMG (Amsterdam) and Ernst&Young (Tallinn) and we have been working according to the programs of parent companies’ auditors. Comments about our work, given by KPMG, “Development of the Management’s Strategy Top Audit Net” and our clients, are posted on the company’s site.
The Limited Liability Company “Audit firm “Slog-Audit” – is the first audit company, awarded with the status “Orenburg quality”. Control of the quality of work of the company and its auditors had been checked many times by the Russian Audit Chamber. The latest decision about the qualitative work of the company was drawn in the 4th quarter in 2011.
5. The staff of the company
The basis of quality of services rendered is the qualification level of the company’s staff. Our certificated auditors are members of the SRO “Non-commercial partnership “Commonwealth” Association of Auditors” and Non-commercial partnership “Audit Chamber of Russia”. Among our colleagues there are: the winner of the all-Russian competition “The Best Accountant of Russia 2000”, IFRS specialist, the owner of the ACCA’s diploma (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) with IFRS degree (International Financial Reporting Standard). Also we have a specialist, who is the methodologist of the development of reporting procedure in the Treasury of Orenburg region. The General Director of the company – Slotova Olga Leonidovna – during 4 years had been working as the assistant of the deputy of legislative meeting of Orenburg region, a member of budget committee.
We regularly upgrade our skills in the best Russian training centers (the training center of Moscow State University by Sheremet), the Institute of Modern Educational Technologies’ Development, also we use the system of internal qualification upgrading and learn the methodologies of the Non-commercial partnership of International Audit and Consulting “Development of the Management’s Strategy Top Audit Net”.
